I can't do it with thumb and finger of one hand.
Some success with holding the drill against my body and using both thumbs.

That's !

You said maybe a movie? When it's done, let everyone know so we can watch it. I think you could post this in the Woodworking forum as well if you want.

  Washing machine 'fills too fast'
Posted by: MKepke - 10-22-2015, 11:56 AM - Forum: Home Improvement - Replies (3)

Does the water take two routes to get to the drum? If so, perhaps the drum fill only hose is restricted, causing more water to run into the soap tray area?

Could it (Main drum fill hose) have a screen, diverter dirty or such?

Could there be a diverting or limiting plastic piece missing at the soap tray fill area?

Flatten Waterstones - What to use?
Posted by: HomerLee - 10-22-2015, 10:21 AM - Forum: Woodworking Hand Tools - Replies (6)

I use the x-coarse side of a DMT duo sharp plate shown here on Amazon . A couple of swipes is usually all it takes to flatten the my Norton waterstones after a sharpening session.

This is what I use. $10 very bright and has a good metal flex and the base can have a magnet glued to it.

  Advice on transitional planes
Posted by: Master-of-None - 10-22-2015, 07:38 AM - Forum: Woodworking Hand Tools - Replies (6)

I picked up a No.26 for $20, cleaned it up an sharpened the blade and it produces shavings of 1/thousanth. I am happy with it and just wanted to try a transitional.

Is it any better than my Bailey's? I don't see any difference, but at least I gave it a try at an affordable price. The No.26 is generally available without a discouraging price tag.
