Are you taling about their water putty? It cures pretty hard, but I am not sure that it would support weight or hold screws.

Ianab what is the tool you were using to flatten it part of your sawmill and a ?? did not sound like any router I have heard turned out very nice what kind of wood ?

Locating the cyclone outside in a small enclosure. This would also make for a quieter shop, and save floor space. Remote switch sensor located in the shop.
Homemade photosensitive light sensor to indicate when bin is full. Alarm and or light goes off in the shop.
If you are going to go larger maybe go 3 hp.
