It's 2 SawStop cast iron wings bolted together and mounted on a Kreg table. Fence is shop-built using 80/20 components + off the shelf router parts from various WW suppliers. JessEm lifts on both sides. Plan is to build lower cabinet for bit and misc. storage and possibly add on-board shop vac for dust collection (still working out the DC situation). I really need to make time to get this done and I think this will be the ultimate router table set-up.

Looking good so far and would love to see some working pictures as you go

That set up looks like my Bench dogs I set up for making doors  I simply change the plates out with the routers attached to change profiles . I have 4 profiles using 8 routers. It is my dream cabinet door setup and I have a shaper for raising panels.

That looks sweet and will have to come back and look at this thread when I am done with the other projects.

I have a set of two bench dogs set up back to back and have been thinking of taking them apart, as they are a bear to move around together, and would be easier to move individually.

I am not picturing what you are talking about with just bench dogs.

My setup is on locking casters and easily moved.

Arlin, what I mentioned looks almost identical to the pictures that woodshop had pictured other than I don’t have a power feeder mounted in the middle.

I could probably get away with better casters, and maybe changing where the opening is on the table.
