Yes, the Stanley is a small router plane. The OP's post, however, said he was looking for a miniature router plane. Only one I've seen is the Veritas,
and it's smaller than any of the small router planes, Veritas, which I also have, Lie-Nielsen, or Stanley. I'm not saying there aren't any other miniatures, just that I haven't seen any.
