If you take it all apart and waxed the plates and the grooves/slots and that will make it much easier to move.

Also I have been thinking of selling my 19" longworth chuck in the near future if anyone wants one.

When a friend made my Longworth with his CNC router, I went to a local brewing supply store and bought 8 #3 drilled rubber stoppers. The top diameter of the stopper is 15/16", the bottom diameter is 3/4", the length is 1" and the hole is 3/8" diameter. The price was $0.80 each. One 1/4" bolt, two washers and a wing nut for each stopper and you are in business.
